Team Leader – Automotive Quality


We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Team Leader to support our quality operations in the automotive sector. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating inspectors, ensuring smooth shift operations, and maintaining high-quality standards on site.


This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, teamwork, and has a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regular employee audits (once per shift; new employees every 2 hours)
  • Ensure team members arrive on time and are ready to perform assigned tasks
  • Report any issues immediately to the Supervisor
  • Maintain accurate and timely completion of project documentation (PSR, daily and weekly reports)
  • Ensure daily reports are completed, signed, and submitted on time
  • Supervise inspectors and ensure compliance with work instructions, standards, and safety regulations
  • Maintain workplace organization and layout standards
  • Manage smooth shift handovers and complete shift reports
  • Communicate actively with supervisors and management
  • Support operations by performing quality inspections when required
  • Ensure proper material flow within the workplace
  • Maintain HSE (Health & Safety) standards at all times
  • Coordinate arrival and departure of inspectors to/from the project
  • Ensure continuous availability of materials for inspection
  • Oversee correct pallet organization and labeling (OK labels, proper stacking)
  • Perform additional tasks as required by management
