An Excellence in Technology & Innovation category win within the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce Awards 2022 is being celebrated by leading quality management experts G&P.

Technology and innovation are fundamental pillars of G&P’s business which are bringing strong growth, together with personnel development and overseas expansion, for the Fort Dunlop-based business. Central to this is QTrak, its market-leading, proprietary quality management IT system that provides real time data, enabling fast and informed decisions to identify issues, drive back to root cause and eradicate the disruption. This incredibly powerful technology allows G&P and its manufacturing customers to maintain the highest quality standards, while reducing costs and waste and protect brand reputation.
